The employee working at the check in point told us the bus leaves on time and that’s the policy. We were not called or sent a text to ask us where we were. Tried to find contact info for the tour, but found check in point while looking for that info. We asked if we could join another tour and finally we were told we could join the Salt Mines tour. That tour left 15 minutes late with no explanation. Driver and guide were on the bus when we boarded.…”
